This album is in the WSPN studio, and I can't wait to steal it. Oh my God. William Shatner and Ben Folds. What a potent combination. It's William Shatner doing his spoken word over Ben Folds-style instrumentation. At least, you can see the BF influence. He sings a little bit. Apparently, Aimee Mann and Henry Rollins are also on the album.
